Residential production days with no film permit required. Bookable 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, seven days a week.
Windows throughout. Every room has blinds, so you can shape or black out light as needed.
Three bedrooms work as holding. Upstairs bath can be wardrobe or hair and makeup. Furniture can be moved if it’s put back.
Front door, back door, or garage. Street-level access. Standard breaker panel, GFCI circuits, and a 220V garage connection.
On-site and free street parking. No street sweeping. Friendly neighbors, lots of room for crew vehicles.
Garage fridge as a production fridge. Folding tables, coolers, 3 director’s chairs, and 28 folding chairs available.
